To help with the longevity of your Eva leggings, please take the following precautions:
Gentle cold wash separately using mild detergent
Wash garment inside out
Rinse with cold clean water
Do not bleach

Machine spin to remove excess moisture before line drying in shade
Do not dry clean
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Avoid rough surfaces
Some colours may run. Please pre-wash in cold water with one tablespoon of salt before use
What size phone can the rear zipped pocket hold?
The rear zipped pocket can hold different size phones depending on the size of the leggings.
X-Small and Small size leggings can comfortably hold 6.2" phone similar to iPhone Pro models or Samsung Galaxy models
Medium, Large and X-Large size leggings can comfortably hold larger 6.7" phones similar to iPhone Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy + models

Which Countries do you ship to?
Venatrix ships to almost all countries internationally; you will have the option at checkout to choose your preferred method of global shipping. Please note that all Customs Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. You may be required to pay these fees prior to delivery of your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Venatrix offers free standard shipping Australia wide on all order over $150
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard) and PayPal payments. We charge in AUD currency.
Alternatively, Venatrix garments can be purchased using AfterPay and ZipPay.
Does the price change for international orders?
Currently all our prices are in Australian Dollars. We charge the same price regardless of domestic or international orders, however what you are charged for an international order is based on the exchange rate charged by your financial institution. We do not control the exchange rate and therefore cannot advise what total charge will show on your bank statement.
Are there any exchange rates?
If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
