Venatrix Athletica is a dedicated supporter of funding reforestation projects globally. We actively donate to reforestation projects. As of 2023, we have planted 15,000 trees with the help of our reforestation partner. We have made an ongoing commitment to plant a tree for every garment we sell.

We have supported reforestation project spanning Nepal, Madagascar, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique, Kenya, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Venatrix Athletica’s efforts to save the planet have led to significant environmental benefits, including:

• Help restoration of ecosystem and biodiversity though our reforestation efforts, ensuring the revival of local flora and fauna and stabilising natural rainfall patterns.

We use sustainable materials and production methods, which help lower greenhouse gas emissions, minimises the use of water, energy, and preventing excess raw materials from ending up in landfills. Our activewear is produced using natural and non-toxic dyes and raw materials used for producing our fabrics.

At Venatrix Athletica, we are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint through the innovative use of recycled materials. Some of our products are already crafted using recycled fabrics, and we are committed to increasing the use of these eco friendly materials in our future collections. Our PowerCore Shorts and FlexiForm Bralette are both crafted using our Recycled VenaFlex fabric, which offers the same high-performance quality and durability as traditional fabrics while significantly reducing waste.

At Venatrix Athletica, we take all necessary steps to reduce waste and manage off-cuts responsibly. Our factories use the latest tools and equipment to optimize fabric cutting and minimise off-cuts.

All off-cuts are carefully managed to prevent them from ending up in landfills. Depending on the material, some off-cuts are recycled into new fabrics, while others are provided to factories that use them as filling materials. In some cases, off-cuts are burned to help generate energy, ensuring they are repurposed in an eco-friendly manner.

We are currently conducting our research and we aim to transition to 100% compostable packaging in future. All our postage satchels and garment bags will be developed using 100% compostable packaging materials. 

As there were many different options of packaging and levels of durability, we are currently going through significant testing to ensure the new packaging is fit for purpose and good for environment.
